Abstract

RESUME Topic: Recruitment and Selection Process Optimalization Author: Bc. Simona Belková This thesis is focuses on recruitment and selection at d2d CZ s.r.o. The main goal is to identify the causes of employee turnover. Another objective is to evaluate the process of recruitment and selection based on material terms, to assess the current state of employee turnover at d2d CZ s.r.o. and formulate proposals for improvements to the organization. The theoretical part of my thesis is focuses on the process of recruitment, selection methods, staff redundancies in the organization, analyze the causes and number of staff leaving the organization, the stabilization plan and last but not least, the research methodology. The practical part includes a description of the company and its the structure. Your suggestions and recommendations for management and management of d2d CZ s.r.o. stand on a questionnaire survey to employees and interviews with former employees. I firmly believe that the knowledge of staff turnover will benefit the company.
