Návrh segmentu automatizované výrobní linky

Abstract

Master thesis is looking into design of production line segment. At beginning there is a brief description of problematic for automatic production lines. In next part there are described the main parts of the production line stations. Function of the designed device with final look of the segment is described in next part of the thesis. Important part of the thesis is calculation part. It consists of design and safety check of a movement screw, a power supply, a transmission shift, and safety check of foldable torque using analytic and numeric method. At the last part of the thesis are determined own frequencies of the designed part chasis.
