Konkurenceschopnost podniku

Abstract

Cílem této práce je určit konkurenceschopnost u firmy Jelínek-výroby nábytku, s. r. o. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se konkurence, konkurenceschopnosti a podnikatelského prostředí. Jsou zde prezentovány a teoreticky popsány všechny analýzy, které budou v práci použity. V aplikační části je představena společnost Jelínek-výroby nábytku s. r. o, její historie a současný stav. Dále jsou v této části vypracovány jednotlivé analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy, jejichž výsledky jsou následně shrnuty do SWOT analýzy. Závěrem jsou určené problémové oblasti a je navrženo několik doporučení pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti.

This thesis deals with competitiveness of JELINEK – Furniture Manufacturing Company ltd. In the theoretical and methodological part of this thesis are define fundamental concepts concerning competitions, competitiveness and entrepreneurial environment. Also all analysis which are used in this thesis, are present and theoretically described in this part. In the application part of this thesis is JELINEK – Furniture Manufacturing Company ltd. introduced along with its history and present situation. Furthermore I elaborate on particular analysis of external and internal environment of the company which is than summarized in the SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis controversial parts are identified and several recommendations are proposed to improve the company’s competitiveness.
