Abstract

The thesis deals with a construction of automatic tilting of hydraulic props for mobile cranes. The introduction describes the diversity of props in common use. In the following chapter every part of tilting mechanism for tilting angle of 30°, 45° and 180° is designed. There is also design of hydraulic extension of the props and tilting mechanism of 180 degree props-type. While designing the tilting mechanism the utility and safety were considered. The thesis is supplemented with calculations verifying dependability of the project and there is design of hydraulic circuit, which ensures the functionality of the mechanism for 180 degrees tilting of the hydraulic props.
