Testování závitníků pro řezání vnitřních závitů

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the issue of production of internal threads by cutting in CNC Trčka s.r.o. In the first part of the thesis, a summary of the research describing all aspects of the production of internal threads using cutting taps is presented. The second chapter focuses on the design of experimental activities for selected tools and their clamps. The next chapter describes the experimental test procedure for measuring the cutting force and torque components of the threading process, followed by an evaluation of these waveforms for the selection of suitable tools in terms of force and torque generation. The third chapter is devoted to the inspection of the threaded profile using a contour gauge and optical microscope to clearly determine the achieved quality of the produced thread. The techno-economic evaluation of the production indicates how the information obtained from the experimental work can improve the production of internal threads in the company.
