Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with employee learning and development, which is an essential activity to maintain the competitiveness of all companies. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to assess the training and development system in a selected manufacturing company, to find out the satisfaction of employees with this system, and also to identify any shortcomings and suggest measures that will lead to improvement in the competencies and satisfaction of employees, which will cause an overall improvement in the performance of the company. The methods used in this bachelor thesis include literature research, questionnaire survey, semi-structured interview and analysis of internal documents of the organization.
