Abstract
In my master thesis I deal with steam superheater for municipal waste incinerators. It is about a superheater for higher parameters of steam concretely 500°C/9MPa. With these parameters of overheated steam, there is a high intensive chloride corrosion of pipe wall. In order to protect superheater tubes Vítkovice Power Engineering designated a new ceramic protection for superheater tubes. Protection is based on creation of ceramic tube including steel tube inside of ceramic one. The superheater comprises a plate from parallel tubes and the predominant heat transfer is radiation-heat transfer. The aim of this thesis was calculate the size of the superheater on the basis of specified or gained parameters. The calculated length was used to develop a design proposal for the new concept of central boiler draft. Next I mentioned other possibilities of modification of final conception. In closing I worked out a proposal of testing circuit for heat transfer coefficient research.
