Abstract

Theme of diploma thesis „Creation of the Enterprise Crisis Profile“ is to evaluate crisis focus in a company specializing in the transportation and forwarding services. The theoretical part primarily focused on crisis management, crisis in firm, risk, analysis of internal and external environment of the company and financial analysis. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge to the real crisis profile. The results of the PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, financial analysis and SWOT analysis form basis for identifying potential crisis focus. These are quantitatively evaluated and implement to the crisis matrix. In conclusion are presented proposals and recommendation.
