Zkušební zařízení na testování lepených spojů.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zkušebního zařízení na testování lepených spojů. To bude sloužit pro experimentální výuku a pro výzkumnou činnost. V úvodní částí práce je zpracován přehled druhů lepených spojů a typů lepidel. Následuje rešerše z norem zabývajících se testováním lepených spojů. Práce pokračuje základními výpočty vstupních hodnot a několika variantami řešení upínacích čelistí a přenosu síly. Dále jsou uvedeny pevnostní kontroly dílů, způsob snímání a záznamu síly a návrh metodiky provádění zkoušek.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction design of the tensile testing machine for glued joints. This equipment will be used for experimental teaching and for various research activities. In the indtroductory part of the thesis there is a summary of types of glued joints and sorts of adhesives. The research of standards dealing with glued joints testing follows. The thesis continues with the basic calculations of input values and a few options ot the possible solution of fixing jaws and force transfer. The strength testing of particular parts, the scanning and recording methods of force and the project of testing methodology are also given.
