Technická diagnostika hydraulických lisů

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the application of technical diagnostics to the hydraulic system of a hydroforming machine. It involves the determination of the current state of the equipment using vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics and the subsequent deployment of on-line diagnostics for continuous monitoring of the equipment condition. I first deal with introducing the reader to the theoretical issues of technical diagnostics and their methods. Subsequently, I describe the current state of the equipment and possible measures to maximize its lifetime. Next, I describe how and why to deploy on-line diagnostic systems. Finally, I compare the methods used and the software environment for their evaluation.
