Parametrická studie rámu nápravy

Abstract

Závěrečná práce se zabývá vlivem tuhosti uložení rámu nápravy na jeho napěťově deformační stav při zatížení. Tato práce byla vyhotovena ve spolupráci s firmou Advanced Design Solution s.r.o., která se mimo jiné zaměřuje na vývoj a výrobu náprav terénních a nákladních vozidel. Hlavním požadavkem firmy bylo zjištění, jakým způsobem a jak moc se mění napjatost na rámu nápravy, pokud by do výpočtu byla zakomponována tuhost uložení, neboli tuhost rámu vozidla, na který je rám nápravy upevněn, a jakým způsobem by se tento vliv dal zakomponovat do běžných výpočtů. Tato práce vede ke zpřesnění výpočtů vlivem zohlednění tuhosti uložení, a tím k větší variabilitě při následných konstrukčních činnostech.

This thesis deals with the effect of the stiffness of the axle frame support on its stress-strain state under load. This work was carried out in cooperation with Advanced Design Solution s.r.o., a company that specializes, among other things, in the development and production of axles for off-road and truck vehicles. The main requirement of the company was to determine how and to what extent the stress on the axle frame changes if the stiffness of the support, that is, the stiffness of the vehicle frame to which the axle frame is attached, is included into the calculation, and how this effect could be integrated into standard calculations. This thesis leads to more accurate calculations due to the consideration of the stiffness of the support, and thus allowing greater variability in subsequent design activities.
