Energeticky úsporné systémy v pneumatických mechanismech

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám energetickými úsporami v pneumatických mechanismech. Popisuji zde několik možností jak dosáhnout úspory vzduchu ve čtyřech oblastech. Teoretická část je založena na možnostech úspor v továrnách a větších zařízeních. Je zde uvedeno zhodnocení softwaru Energy Saving od firmy SMC. Bylo provedeno i praktické měření s ohledem na spotřebu vzduchu za použití různých pneumatických válců a také v kombinaci s úspornými prvky.

In this thesis I deal with Energy Saving Systems in Pneumatic Mechanisms. I describe several possibilities how to achive savings in four different sections. Theoretical part is based on possibilities of saving in factories and larger companies. Thesis contains evaluation of Energy saving software of SMC company. Also a measurement was made with different pneumatic cylinders with regard to air consumption.
