Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused to multiparametric diagnostics of the final rolling stands. There is proposal of vibration monitoring system and oil analyses water contend detection. Also, there is describe oil lubrication system improvement. The thesis contains a description and optimization of the device and suggestions for improvement of reliability and live time. Measurement and analysis are carried out under the leadership of LIBERTY a.s. The aim of the thesis is to identify the root cause of failures for device and recommend corrective measures to eliminate them, respectively. minimize failures on this equipment in the finishing mill. The diploma thesis contains a techno - economical evaluation of the equipment condition and evaluation of the measurement.
