Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with pedal cart design for four people – 2 adult and 2 children. The beginning is conducted market research, where are described various classes of pedal cart on market. The Following is a selection of options of four proposed pedal cart parts and mechanisms. Then are given the specific designs of these components and their concepts, on the basis of which the construction is processed. Pedal cart is completed by purchased components. Further the thesis contents a calculation part, based on input parameters and verifying the safety and reliability of the construction. In conclusion there is a technical report that recapitulates construction of proposed pedal cart parts and mechanisms. The appendix contains the drawing documentation of the proposed parts, the assembly a and the 3D pedal cart model.
