Racionalizace výroby lanových bubnů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací výroby lanových bubnů. V úvodu je stručně představena společnost a konstrukčně specifikovaná součást lanového bubnu. Následně je podrobně popsán stávající způsob výroby, od strojů, nástrojů až po jednotlivé operace. Poté je navržen nový způsob výroby, který se týká především změny upnutí součásti ke strojům pro jednotlivé operace, čímž se naskytne možnost zvýšit řezné podmínky. Nakonec je porovnána stávající výroba s racionalizovanou z hlediska časového, tak i finančního.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the rationalization of the production of rope drums. The introduction briefly introduces the company and specifies the construction characteristic of the rope drum component. Subsequently, the current production method is described in detail, from machinery and tools to individual operations. Then, a new production method is proposed, primarily concerning the change in the clamping of the component to the machines for individual operations, thereby providing the opportunity to improve cutting conditions. Finally, the current production is compared with the rationalized one in terms of both time and financial aspects.
