Komparativní analýza vysoce výkoných polymerů tištěných technologií FDM

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the printing of PEI 1010 material, also known under the trade name ULTEM. Specifically, the thesis focuses on printing PEI 1010 using the Prusa PRO HT90 3D printer. The tested materials are PEI 1010 from Prusa Research, Stratasys, and 3DXTECH. The work also examines the specific printing settings, as well as pre-processing and post-processing requirements of ULTEM material. The thesis is systematically divided into several sections. The first part gives the reader an overview of the history of additive manufacturing, its classification, and the specifications of each technology. The second part describes FDM technology, the Prusa PRO HT90 and Stratasys Fortus 450mc printers, the PEI 1010 material, and all specific requirements related to its printing such as material drying and moisture protection. The third part deals with the actual printing process and setting the correct parameters. The final part presents the evaluation of the experimental results.
