Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the stress analysis of the deformation and shape optimization of roll force (axial force) sensor. The introduction evaluate sensor suitable for measurement of rolling force. Then it explains the device – sensor, analysis of boundary conditions and loads, which are used in strength calculations. The analysis is performed using the finite element in software ANSYS Workbench 13.0. It is an evaluation stress of critical stress point on sensor at three perform analyzes. Based on the results obtained suggest three design modifications and in the end of thesis is selected best of modifications. It achieved a maximum stress by 19 %. Thesis is completed by technical supplement of analyzed assembly.
