Navržení kontroly a ověření stability procesu aplikace bezpečnostního tmelu ve společnosti Hyundai (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o.)

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of a new method for checking safety sealant in Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. using the modern Leica ATS 960 scanning device. In the introductory part of the thesis, the company Hyundai Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. is introduced. Subsequently, the existing method of checking is described, including its advantages and disadvantages. Based on the information obtained, a new method of measurement is proposed that uses non-contact measurement technology. The work verifies the suitability of the measuring system according to the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) methodology. Furthermore, a process suitability analysis was performed using the SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodology, which evaluates the stability and suitability of the process from the perspective of statistical quality management. Finally, an economic evaluation is performed.
