Abstract

In my thesis I am concerned with an employee education and development process in the company GE Money Bank, a. s., specifically in call centre in Ostrava – Hrabová zóna sever. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical starting point associated with an employee education and development process. The second part characterizes the company GE Money Bank, a.s, call centre in Ostrava and there are applied the theroretical knowledge into the practise. The main purpose of my thesis is to analyze current employee education and development process in the call centre of GE Money Bank, a. s.. During analysing I use the questionnnaire method.
