Abstract
The diploma thesis summarizes the possibilities of streamlining the current production section of the production of electric shaft by means of automation and robotization of two CNC machining centers EMAG VTC 250. Offers a solution to the problem of maintaining production capacities classical measurement elements and the completion of the operator. When creating a robotic cell points to the use of additive production of 3D printing in difficult-to-machine preparations of some robot periphery sites. The precise processing of TPV is also important for further manipulation of the gripping mechanism to the periphery of the robotic cell. To ensure the success of the project, it is also necessary to ensure the safety of the workplace by means of risk analysis and, finally, a return on project savings within three years.
