Zavedení TPM na robotizovaném pracovišti

Abstract

The subject of this dissertation is implementing TPM at the robotic workplace COLOSIO PFO in the Simens company Ltd., an Elektromotory branch in Mohelnice. In the first part of my thesis, I present the company and carry out the evaluation of the current situation and the analysis of the maintenance staff activities at the foundry. In the next part of my thesis, I carry out the analysis of the TPM - AÚ system method, its foundation and basic steps for implementing in particular mechanism. I carry out processing of the methodology and TPM - AÚ system standard at the robotic workplace COLOSIO PFO. In the final part, I evaluate the study of TPM - AÚ implementation in Colosio PFO machine and OEE comparison.
