Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction in the fitness center Rodo in Kopřivnice. The objective was to determine customer satisfaction with servicesfitness centers, the cost of inputs, equipment, guidance and expertise of employees.To find satisfaction was used marketing research, which was realized by using written inquiries. The research was evaluated by using tables, graphs and positional maps. Based on the results were developed suggestions and recommendations which will serve to increase customer satisfaction, acquire new customers and strengthen the market position.
