Návrh převodovky pro formuli Vector 08

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the gearbox for the prototype car Vector 08. The introduction presents the analysis of the measured data and the analysis of the current state of the drive unit. Based on this data, individual gear stages and their location on the shafts are designed. The design of dog rings and their safety calculation are also presented here. I also deal with the production and necessary modifications of components to match the given production operations. I finish my work by comparing the data of the new and original gearbox.
