Abstract

The thesis deals with the Optimization of the production line. First, the theory related to the topic is described, preceding the content of the IL6S tool used. The practical part contains basic information about the company, history, organizational structure and analysis of internal resources. Furthermore, the line is briefly introduced together with the methods of loss monitoring. Specific analyses aimed at line optimization follow, and their results and suggestions are then evaluated and summarized. Finally, the contribution of the work is assessed and evaluated.
