Zhodnocení systému motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the employees’ motivation and employment advantages in a selected company Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r. o. The first part is focused on the theory of motivation and employment advantages. In the second part there is introduced a selected company, its history, motivational program and actual offer of employment advantages. The questionnaire detects employees’ satisfaction, motivation, and their opinions on actual benefit program. In the conclusion there are identified disadvantages of present situation and recommended some tools for making it better.
