Optimalizace kalibračního postupu utahovacího stroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného kalibračního postupu utahovacího stroje a návrhem nového postupu. V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny teoretické pojmy týkající se diplomové práce. V další části práce je uvedena analýza současného kalibračního postupu a také informace o společnosti Liberty Ostrava. Následující část obsahuje identifikaci úzkých a problémových míst. Předposlední kapitola práce obsahuje návrh nového řešení. V závěrečné části práce je vytvořen nový postup pro kalibraci utahovacího stroje a také je zde ekonomické zhodnocení tohoto postupu.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the current calibration procedure of the tightening machine and the design of a new procedure. The theoretical concepts related to the thesis are presented in the introduction. The next part of the work presents an analysis of the current calibration procedure as well as information about the company Liberty Ostrava. The following part contains the identification of bottlenecks and problems. The penultimate chapter of the thesis contains a proposal for a new solution. In the final part of the thesis, a new procedure for calibration of the tightening machine is developed and an economic evaluation of this procedure is also presented.
