Abstract

Dissertation thesisconsiders a structural calculation of gears with non-standard basic profile. Main task is calculation of HCR (High Contact Ratio) gears. There is used software ANSYS whuch uses numerical finite element method (FEM) and calculation accordingly standards for comparing. There are investigated behaviors of physical values (deformation, stiffness, dividing of force among teeth pairs of stresses) during whole mesh by FEM. There are also introduced methodologies of software ANSYS pro processing, solving and post processing of results in thesis. Top of the thesis is program for fully automated calculation in ANSYS based on input parameters (geometrical parameters of gears, loading and mesh position)
