Abstract

Human Resources Management (HRM) is a personal work which deals with managing people in organization. Thanks to the HRM the organization can systematically get, develop and motivate its people. The Bachelor Thesis follows up exactly this issue. Theoretical part focuses on principles, processes and individual sections of HRM which are based on literature. Practical part goes in research of remuneration system of the company. By a survey the thesis finds out an employee satisfaction with provided benefits. If there are any shortcomings I offer solutions to improve the situation.
