Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compare excercise studios in Ostrava using Mystery shopping, Mystery mailing and website visits. The research concerns two studies where the quality of their services is identified and compared. The theoretical part explains the concepts that are related to marketing of services and the market of exercise studios is characterized. Lastly, the research methodology is described. In the practical part, the research results are presented. Based on the research result, suggestions and recommendations for specific studios are presented in chapter six. The suggestions and recommendations can be used by exercise studio operators to improve the quality of their services.
