Racionalizace systému řízení údržby

Abstract

The bachelor assignment discusses an issue of a racionalization of a maintenance management system I use in Klein & Blažek Štíty engineering company. At the beginning I give general information about the company and present its concept of maintenance, management, divisions, kinds of correction, correction control and maintanance planning. Then current state of management is being discussed. I can see positive and negative sides of a maintenance which has two levels-acceptable, and not accetable. Computer management was suggested after my evaluation of a current state of a maintenance management.
