Analýza více šroubového systému pro realizaci předpětí

Abstract

The thesis presents a computational analysis of a multi-bolt system designed for the application of prestressing. In the beginning, there is a brief overview of bolted joints, including a literature review that outlines the key components of prestressing systems, methods for achieving and verifying prestress, and systems that apply prestress with and without friction in the bolted connection. The core of the thesis is the analysis of a selected system to determine whether the design is safe and functional based on analytical calculations. The optimization section focuses on selection of the optimal variant through analytical methods, which is subsequently verified under specified pressure vessel conditions. Finally, the results are validated using the finite element method (FEM). Based on the calculation, the analyzed multi-bolt system is evaluated in the conclusion of the thesis. The attachment includes detailed manufacturing drawings and an assembly drawing of the test pressure vessel.
