Abstract

In the introductory part of his thesis deals with the importance of theory types of surface protection in relation to corrosion, analysis of the types of corrosion and material protection against it. Separate thesis deals with the evaluation of existing production operations pre machined parts prior to assembly and machinery for the implementation of pre-treatment. Comparison is done to increase the efficiency of perfect preparation. Weaknesses are assessed, proposed modifications to the technical procedures to provide better processes and new steps in manufacturing activity. The results are listed in the Annex and the conclusions of the thesis.
