Abstract
This thesis deals with the utilization of high-pressure cooling for making a sprinter. It comprises of an analysis of lathe – turning using the high-volumetric cooling and an absolute recent innovation,the high-pressure cooling, also called Jetstream Tooling. The lathe – turning is done on the materials Inconel 718 and Inconel 625. There is a general characteristics of this problem in the preambule. Next, the thesis describes the selection of convenient cooling for a particular component part. The estimation of experiments and technical economic evaluation is included in the end of this thesis.
