Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců v oblasti motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců firmy Česká pojišťovna a.s., analyzovat ji pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na základě tohoto šetření se pokusit o její případné zlepšení. Lidské zdroje jsou důležitou součástí výrobního procesu, bez kterých by firma nemohla efektivně fungovat. Úkolem vedení společnosti je proto správným způsobem vést, motivovat a stimulovat zaměstnance k takovým výkonům, které pomohou dosáhnout co nejlépe stanovené cíle. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. V první kapitole je úvod, druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretickou část, která se zabývá problematikou motivace a stimulace, jejími základními pojmy, teoriemi a významem stimulace a motivace pracovního procesu. Třetí kapitola se týká charakteristiky firmy, popisu stimulačního systému firmy a rozboru stávající situace. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována analýze vybraných stimulačních a motivačních prostředků ve firmě, které se analyzují pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V páté kapitole na základě této analýzy jsou navrženy možné způsoby řešení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení dané problematiky. V šesté kapitole bude závěr bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of motivation and stimulation of employees. The aim of the thesis is to find out the level of satisfaction of the employees of Česká pojišťovna a.s. in the area of motivation and stimulation, to analyze it using a questionnaire research and possibly to attempt to improve it on the basis of this investigation. Human resources are an inportant part of the producion process without which the company could not operate effectively. The goal of the management is therefore to manage in the right way, motivate and stimulate employess to such performances which will help to achieve the set targets as well as possible. The bachelor thesis is dividend into six chapters. There is an introduction in the first charter, the second on is focused on a theoretical part which deals with the issue of motivation and stimulation, their basic terms, theories and the sense of stimulation and motivation of a working process. The third charter is related to a characteristic of the company, description of its stimulating system and the current situation analysis. The fourth charter is devoted to the analysis of chosen means of stimulation and motivation in the company which are analyzed using a questionnaire research. Possible solutions based on the analysis are suggested in the fifth charter. These solutions should lead to the improvement of the given issues. There will be a conclusion at the end of the thesis.
