Abstract
This thesis deals with a design proposal for a bypass heater with steam condensation in a tube bundle linked to a hot water circuit. The theoretical part focuses on the operation, maintenance and equipping of heat exchangers and the specifications of hairpin heat exchangers. The practical part deals with the thermal calculation of the heater. Durability and hydraulic analysis are treated as well as a proposal for levels and the operation of heater vents. The last section covers the technical-economic evaluation of the proposal with cost optimization.
