Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of roller machine structural modification. The design leads to increase of the frame construction firmness and optimizes the machine considering its age. The design also results in removing defects and securing work safety while it is operated. The aim of this thesis is the design of machine frame stabilization for the purpose of firmness of the machine during cone rolling, and addition of missing safety elements. The design is based on number of the main static calculations and control calculations of the machine basic parts. The chosen technical solution results from its major part from workplace experiences. The Inventor program and its options, including calculation part and MKP method of ANSYS technology were used for creation of drawing documentation.
