Verifikace frézovacího centra DMU 50 v CAM systému Mastercam

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on verification of a milling centre DMU 50 in CAM system called Mastercam. The theoretic part of thesis is about CAM system and about basic concepts related to CAM systems. Practical part is focused on modification of the provided model of milling centre DMU 50 in CAD system and on installation of the milling centre to the environment of Mastercam. In the next part, there are installation of the milling centre simulation, for a setup and procedure of inserting the central fixture CU T 77 and a workpiece in to the machine. In the last part, there is a program for provided parts and a following verification and simulation of machine behaviour.
