Abstract

The goal of bachelor thesis was to identify competitive position of the bakery Velička and finding competitive advantages and disadvantages. To gain needed information I used questionnaire and Mystery shopping. Mystery shopping was used to identify main competitor and competitive advantages and disadvantages of the bakery. Satisfaction with bakery Velička and customers behavior on the bakery market were ascerteain by questionnaire. In the preface of the bachelor thesis I described bakery Velička, suppliers, competitors and cusomers. In the theoretical part I aimed at specific of sevices in marketing and description of competition. Analytical part contain evaluation of collected informations and also suggestion and recommendation I prepard from the evaluated infomrations.
