Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the concept of a medium-pressure steam super-heater for a steam generator for ZEVO with the exclusion of chloride corrosion, which is be-ing developed at VŠB-TUO. The theoretical part provides information about the basic types of waste treatment, followed by a topic about equipment for energy waste treatment, its advantages and disadvantages. The basic principle of ZEVO is described here, including the specific properties of ZEVO. The next part is devoted to chloride corrosion. At the end of the theoretical part, a description of a new concept of the developed expansion steam generator is presented. The practical part contains a schematic model of a medium-pressure super-heated steam generator, design of a concept with thermal calculation with respect to the selected method of temperature control. In the end, a calculation project of a medium-pressure steam superheater will be presented.
