Abstract
The aim of the Bachelor thesis was investigation of customers’ satisfaction with extra services provided by insurance company. To acquire information, I used the method of questioning. I elaborated obtained data, evaluated hypothesis and analysed individual items of the questionnaire. The marketing research indicates that the clients are not very satisfied in particular areas. Considering these areas, I proposed certain recommendations.
