Abstract
This master thesis is a proposal of project documentation to carry out a building
project. The project consists in restoring a three-floor building with an annexe. A café and
an event hall will be situated on the first floor; a gym on the second and a loft flat on the
third. The annexe is proposed to be built from sound-absorbing units. The project
documentation includes drawings as well as texts assessing the heat insulation features of
the building and the energy efficiency label of the building shell.
