dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby, jedná se o rekonstrukci tří podlažního objektu a přístavby. V prvním podlaží se bude nacházet kavárna s kulturním sálem, v druhém podlaží je navržená posilovna a posledním podlaží podkrovní byt. Přistavovaná část je řešena pomocí akustických tvárnic. Projektová dokumentace obsahuje výkresovou část a textovou část včetně tepelných posouzení konstrukcí a energetického štítku obálky budovy. Klíčová slovacs
dc.description.abstractThis master thesis is a proposal of project documentation to carry out a building project. The project consists in restoring a three-floor building with an annexe. A café and an event hall will be situated on the first floor; a gym on the second and a loft flat on the third. The annexe is proposed to be built from sound-absorbing units.
