Abstract

The problems of a change in the system of maintenance management in companies today arises from a pressure on economic optimization of all activities in the company and improvement of profit. A system based on repairs after failure accompanied by high costs and losses due to production cuts is no longer tenable in the recent competitive environment. The dissertation solves the problems of machinery equipment in the company OKD, a.s. It handles practical evaluation of vibrodiagnostic and tribological data, creation of maintenance for the given type of machinery leading to reduction of failure, and possibilities of increasing of operational footage.
