Návrh optimalizace balicí linky pro vybraného zákazníka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem poloautomatické linky pro vybraného zákazníka. V úvodu je představena společnost Alváris Profile Systems s.r.o. Jsou provedeny analýzy současného stavu z pohledu počtu zaměstnanců, zákazníků, konkurence a dále současný stav bez poloautomatické linky u zákazníka. Po komplexním zhodnocení zadané problematiky a vyhodnocení analýz byl proveden návrh poloautomatické linky k lisu u zákazníka. Je zde podrobně rozepsaná poloautomatická linka na dílčí části a součásti, jsou také vymodelovány 3D obrázky poloautomatické linky, dále také popis funkce linky. Na závěr je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení celého projektu a jeho přínos pro podnik.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a semi-automatic line for a selected customer. In the introduction the company Alváris Profile Systems s.r.o. is introduced. Analyses are made of the current situation in terms of number of employees, customers, competitors and the current situation without semi-automatic line at the customer. After a comprehensive evaluation of the given problem and the evaluation of the analyses, the design of a semi-automatic line to the customer's press was made. The semi-automatic line is detailed into parts and components, 3D images of the semi-automatic line are also modelled, as well as a description of the function of the line. Finally, an economic evaluation of the whole project and its contribution to the company is made.
