Analýza konkurence fitness centra

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes the competitive environment of fitness centers in Šumperk, focusing on one selected center. The aim is to compare the service offerings and customer service of the chosen fitness center with local competitors. The research uses the Mystery Shopping method and observation to objectively assess quality. The analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the selected center and offers recommendations to increase its competitiveness.
