dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce analyzuje konkurenční prostředí fitness center v Šumperku se zaměřením na jedno vybrané centrum. Cílem je porovnat nabídku služeb a zákaznický servis vybraného fitness centra s místní konkurencí. Výzkum využívá metodu Mystery Shopping a pozorování k objektivnímu zhodnocení kvality. Analýza identifikuje silné a slabé stránky vybraného centra a nabízí doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis analyzes the competitive environment of fitness centers in Šumperk, focusing on one selected center. The aim is to compare the service offerings and customer service of the chosen fitness center with local competitors. The research uses the Mystery Shopping method and observation to objectively assess quality. The analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the selected center and offers recommendations to increase its competitiveness.en
