Abstract

This thesis analyzes the security of critical points in the process of production and bottling of beer at the brewery in Hanušovice Holba. The first part of this thesis describes the basic laws related to this issue, there is also provided a theoretical basis in the field of building and acquaints us with the object. The second part focuses on the description of the existing building security, identification of critical points. The third part deals with proposals to minimize bottlenecks and selection of optimal variants.
