Konstrukční návrh bubnového obraceče forem

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zařízení pro otáčení formovacích rámů slévárenské linky. Zařízení by mělo být jednoduché konstrukce, automaticky ovládané v závislosti na cyklu formovací linky. V úvodu práce je popsáno k čemu obraceč slouží, použití a rešerše zařízení dostupných na trhu. V první části je popsán účel stroje, funkce a problematika, kterou se zabývám. Následuje konstrukční návrh bubnového obraceče forem, včetně podrobného popisu jednotlivých konstrukčních částí se základními výpočty. V závěru práce je zhodnoceno konstrukční řešení. Součástí diplomové práce je také 3D model stroje spolu s výkresovou dokumentací vybraných částí.

The thesis deals with the structural design of the device for rotational molding frames foundry lines. The devices hould be of simple design, automatically controlled depending on the cyclemolding lines. The introduction describes what there verserisused for, and the use of research equipment available in the market. The first part describes the purpose of the machine functions and theissue I deal with. Following part describes the structural design of the drum turners forms, including a detailed description oft heindividual components with the basic calculations. In conclusion weevaluate design solutions. The thesis includes a 3D model of the machine together with drawings of selected parts.
