Optimalizace systému kapacitního plánování ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The Master Thesis focuses on the analysis of the capacity planning system in the company JTEKT Bearings Czech Republic s.r.o. It describes the current state of production in the Oracle system, describes individual work procedures in production and identifies the main bottlenecks in production planning. The thesis includes an analysis of planners' time consumption and quantification of losses caused by manual rescheduling. Based on a multi-criteria evaluation, the implementation of the Asprova APS system is recommended. The thesis also contains calculations of production capacities of individual workplaces and proposes measures to increase the efficiency of planning and resource utilization.
