Analýza logistického systému vo vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of logistic system in selected company, which is a significant supplier for automotive industry. The first part of the thesis is focused on basic concepts and theoretical bases concerning logistics issues. The aim of this work is to create own proposal to improve the storage of input material and business environment. After the analysis of the current situation and identification of problems in the company was proposed to create new production and warehouse space. In the conclusion of the thesis are evaluated the overall benefits and suggestions for the company.
